See the Roman civilization brought back to life after the unexpected tragedy in 79 A.D. burying the city in the thick layer of ash and lava which poured down from the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Walk the paths viewing modest dwellings to the once elegant residences of the noble class adorned with mosaics, merchant workshops, temples, and the infamous brothel, thermal baths and the oldest amphitheater known dating back to 80 B.C., holding up to 12,000 spectators for performances and gladiatorial games.

Includes:

-Pick-up/drop- off from your accommodation or nearest central location where the coach can access in Sorrento will be advised
-Guided 2 hour tour of Pompeii and entrance fee to archeological site, headsets included
-Lunch – 3 course light lunch and 4 wines (local wines and food specialties ie, bruschetta, antipasti, salumi, pasta dish, cheese & marmalade, dessert)
-Archeologist guide, shuttle bus transportation, up to 20 person group, professional driver
